SUBJECT:  Fees and Charges

                        1:2D:01:07               September 15, 1975


The University will assess and collect fees and charges as established or 
approved by the Tennessee Board of Regents or by the University.  These fees
and charges will include but not be limited to the following:

     -  Application Fees
     -  Maintenance Fees (enrollment fees)
     -  Out-of-State Tuition
     -  Change of Course Fees
     -  Late Registration Fees
     -  Parking Fees and Fines
     -  Library Fees and Fines
     -  Other Student Fees and Fines
     -  Fees and Charges for Admission
     -  Fees and Charges made for various services rendered or products
         sold
     -  Services rendered by the Speech and Hearing Center, Reading Center,
         Psychological Services Center, Early Childhood Education,
         Chucalissa Museum, and similar activities
     -  Fees and Charges for workshops, non-credit courses, and similar
         activities
     -  All other instances where the University collects or assesses a
         fee or charge
       

The administration of this policy and related procedures will be the
responsibility of the Vice President for Business and Finance.
