SUPERCEDES POLICY NO.:  1:2D:02:02       DATED:  September 1, 1978


The long-term leasing and/or rental of University real property
will be handled in accordance with good business practices and the
best interests of the University and in accordance with the Tennessee
Board of Regents policies and/or guidelines.

Procedures covering long-term leasing and rental of University
property will be published and administered by the Vice President
for Business and Finance.
