| Policy Statement |
|   | Faculty members are expected to establish, publicize, and maintain scheduled office hours during which they are available to students for conferences and special instruction. Specific policies regarding office hours are to be set within each college and department. These policies are applicable to those teaching the summer session as well as during the regular semesters. |
